"How many stars would you give an insurance agent who repeatedly provided amazing service. I’m thinking 100 stars but there’s only five to choose from. Over the several years, I’ve done business with Julie Ngo’s branch there’s been multiple times where the ladies there have really come through and help me out when I messed up my own affairs. They’re always easy to speak with, but still professional. They had that personal touch like remembering my kids when we haven’t even spoken in a few years.. If you’re looking for insurance, I couldn’t think of a higher recommendation than Julie Ngo State Farm agency give them a call get your insurance shopping completed with the solid choice."

"Julie and her staff are consummate professionals who have provided our entire family with service beyond the call of duty for years. We feel better that our home and automobiles are covered by her team. *Update*. My latest incidents Jan 2023 and Sept 2024 were both for windshields repairs. Not surprisingly, State Farm was eager to help and not only recommended an excellent repair shop but handled the claim flawlessly. This office has served my family and two of our kids' families for over 20 years. I highly recommend them."

"I was pleasantly surprised to have such good insurance agents represent our family on behalf of State Farm. We used to live in CA and for over 21 years we used a different company for our auto and home. After courting many different famous insurance companies to find the best prices, I was blessed to find not only the best prices but the best possible agents to represent us. Recently, our car was t-boned and totaled. Like a good neighbor State Farm was there. They helped us to settle the claim quickly and paid us up front for the settlement. The other driver’s carrier will eventually pick that up. In this, the Julie Ngo agency was unlike any other. Alexa, Alex, Robert, Sonia and others in the office were on top of it like no other representatives in my entire life. These guys are the best and the company they represent is the best there is. Another thing — many insurance agencies represent several different companies. Not so with the Julie Ngo Agency. Kudos to them for being the best!"
